I don't remember Azagoth being in any of the Lords of Deliverance books or the Demonica books. That doesn't mean he wasn't, just that I don't remember him. He's a bit of an ass at the start of the book, but Lilliana is kind of hostile too so I'm not sure how much of that was him being his unemotio...
