Entertaining, especially because it features Beast Boy, but a bit shallow.
Well, this was almost painfully dated. Oh, I still enjoyed it. I almost always like reading any of DC's teen hero books. But this would have been so much more amusing when it was written. Now, the references are dated, but not nearly as dated as the art. I'm sure it was quite serviceable at the time...
