Lashell Collins is an American author of spicy, romantic fiction. An avid lover of animals and flowers, she has spent the last twenty years working in Veterinary clinics and Garden Centers before finally finding the courage to pursue her real passion and write. She is a huge music fan, loves action movies and, of course, a good romance - whether she's reading it, watching it, or writing it. She lives in Ohio with her husband, a Bernese Mountain Dog and an American Bobtail cat. You can learn more about Lashell at lashellcollins.comA Few Random Things About Me That You Don't Already Know~ I have been making up stories (most of them romantic in nature) since I was a teenager. My best friend and I created a soap opera - complete with a neat little town and an entire cast of interesting characters - and we pretty much lived in our little fantasy world most of the time. It was our favorite thing to do. ~ I always knew that I wanted to be a writer of some sort, but I never really knew how to go about it until self-publishing came into being. I am the world's most impatient person, so I instinctively knew that traditional publishing was not the career path for me. So I never pursued writing seriously until now.~ My birthday happens to fall on December 25th. And all my life, people have asked me, "Don't you feel cheated out of a real birthday?" My answer is always no. I just feel like most of the world is celebrating with me all month long!~ I have the sweetest, most thoughtful and supportive husband in the world. I met my husband when I was working in a Veterinary Clinic. He was a police officer at the time (he's retired now), and he used to bring his K-9 partner to the clinic. We had a sort of whirlwind romance that took us both by surprise, and we were married just three short months after we met! We've been married for 13 years now. And you might see a loose adaptation of our story in one of my upcoming books.~ I'm one of those people who loves the feel of an actual book in my hands. I love books, I love the smell of the pages. But I believe that the Kindle is one of the greatest inventions known to mankind. I can carry an entire library around in my purse! How cool is that?! ~ Okay, you probably already know that I am completely obsessed with music. All types of music. But you don't know that I am partial to rock (I LOVE Slash!), '80s pop/rock, and classical. But I can find something in any genre of music that makes my head bop and my feet tap. Music is a totally universal language that we can all relate to, no matter where we come from, or what color our skin is, or what we happen to believe. Music is life! ~ I'm horrible with directions. When driving someplace new, I get lost at the drop of a hat, and my GPS system hates me. I can tell that she is totally rolling her eyes every time she says, "Recalculating!"

I was gifted this ARC for an honest review. What a wonderful collection of stories and a great way to 'meet' new authors, well to me anyway. I couldn't pick a favourite and none of them bored me, something for everyone who likes shifters. Kitsune's Raven by fellow Aussie Phoenix Johnson whom I've re...

Redemption of Lunar Falls is the final book in the Lunar Falls trilogy and a very satisfying end to the series. This is the book where all the characters have been introduced, the plots exposed and the villains unmasked. It's also the one with most action because all those villains and plots have to...
