I always enjoy getting back to Christabelle and her friends, but I think this might be one of my least favorite of the books in this series. Not because it's bad per se, but because compared to the earlier things, it feels a little too simplistic. I get that you can't add too many more complications...
Decent ending to the series, I guess. Lots happening. Plenty of characters died. Just not the one I'd wished to see dead the most, but I guess that was about just deserts.
**Originally posted @ ReadingDiva's Blog - Rating 4.5 of 5**REVIEW: The Last Blood, book #5 in the House of Comaree series did not disappoint. It starts right where Out For Blood ends and back is all the drama, the conflicts, the betrayal and romance. I loved each and every one of the books in the...
And so this series comes to an end…What I liked: Tatianna. She is good at being bad. In the last books she showed humanity that I didn’t think she was capable of. I didn’t like how she was so ready to give Mal another chance so quickly though. All of a sudden she became stupid. Lilith was such ...
Last Blood is the last book in the House of House of Comarré series. It was billed as the final showdown between forces of good and evil but never really delivered the epic that was promised. When we last left the star crossed Mal and Chrysabelle (a name I will be happy never to read again), Mal had...
4.5 starsGreat endings to a really good series. I like how everything tied up in the end. Normally, there are things I that I disagree with how the author wrapped up the series. That was not the case in this series. If you haven't tried this series, I highly recommend it.
As other reviewers have mentioned, this tied up everything nicely in the series, so if you have read the other four books, you will appreciate that. But other than that it didn't have much going for it that kept me interested. Everything was extremely predictable.
I hate that feeling you get when a series comes to an end. I didn't want to read the last book knowing this was going to be the case. However read it I did. While there was not one big action scene that I thought there would be, there were still many twists and turns. Nothing is ever easy for Mal and...
*Genre* Urban Fantasy*Rating* 4.0*My Thoughts*If you somehow managed not to lose your sanity after reading the cliffhanger ending to Out for Blood, then you can definitely manage to read Last Blood without tearing out every single follicle of what remains of your hair. The House of Comarré series ...
