4.25 stars - Reviewed for Wit and Sin Well Met is bright, charming, and oh-so much fun! I adore Renaissance Faires and have a lot of respect for the time and effort the actors, entertainers, vendors, and volunteers put into these events so I couldn’t resist picking up this book, hoping for a light...

***I did the editing on this work and thus cannot speak of any errors I may have or may not have found.*** This book, like all of Laura's work, is like a breath of fresh air in a sea of repetitive story-lines. This book takes the story of the typical boy meets girl, and breaths new life into it crea...

The blurb pretty much sums up the story so there's not much to go over on that front. The general message about taking charge of ones life was nicely presented in this book. The character and world development could have used a bit of work but other than that not a bad book.

I found the book very long...

A great collection of shorts stories featuring all kinds of different heroines. With stories ranging from Ancient Rome to the 1970s, and even a story set in the future, we were met with realistic heroines, flaws and all. Some stories had characters that were entirely fictional, others were based on w...
