Especially the character of Pitch Black. He intrigued me as someone who was never truly evil. He just wanted to be believed in. As did...

Musical instrument sounds are repeated to create a band when no one wants to go to bed. The sounds are repetitive for the children to pick up the rhythm and sounds of each instrument or toy. Adorable.

Cute, light read with great imagination and mythology, and the artwork is very lovely. Definitely one to read when you're looking for something easy to start and finish in a few hours.
