I was born and raised in south Florida. I think I always enjoyed drawing and was fortunate to have a creative Mother and enthusiastic art teachers in school. I attended the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore where I studied painting, printmaking and sculpture.In 1997, after many years of searching for the ultimate job, I finally set my sites on a career in children's books. I enjoyed this Christian Children's book. I received this as part of a gift and I voluntarily chose to review it. I've given it a 4.5* rating. I felt this was very on spot to how a child can understand. Maybe a parent can take it a step further and explain that people are different too.
