by Laura Krauss Melmed, illustrated by Jim LaMarche I really enjoyed the danger in this book. It kept the story interesting and differentiated it from other stories about old, childless couples.

He read it with gusto, emphasizing each "Boooooo" but overall found it a bit boring and not at all "hilarious" unlike Dragon's Halloween by Dav Pilkey which had us both smiling from beginning to end.
