I read this because I was interested to learn more about OCD. All my knowledge about this illness is from real life stories read in magazines, seen in TV shows. I think this book could be more valuable for these who have loved one with OCD or these who are interested in this subject but not for the...

This book will be interesting for these who suffer from depression, know someone who has depression and for these who are interested how depressed mind works, what could help to ease symptoms and how to heal and how to avoid relapse.
