Stephanie Plum, Book 13 I Picked Up This Book Because: Continue the series The Characters: Stephanie Plum: Joe Manelli: Ranger: Grandma Mazur, Lula, Connie, Tank, The Story: I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of Stephanie’s bumbling antics. More cars lost, more close calls, more laughter for me....

Another Stephanie Plum novel sees her usual unintentional wrecking of cars, buildings etc.. as she gets involved in all sorts of unlawful shenanigans, along with the usual assortment of characters: Moretti, Ranger, Lula, Grandma Mazur and so on. Yay....the Stephanie Plum books are getting good again. Ten and Eleven were kind of dry but Thirteen was right on track again. Can't wait to read the rest.

After all, if she could only write pretty boring romance novels, how was she going to fare with mysteries? The surprise was that I quickly became addicted to Stephanie, the ...

Not as funny as some in the series (when they're good, they're laugh-out-loud funny!), but a quick and easy read. I wavered between 3 and 4 stars, but decided to be generous in the end. Not sure whether I'll carry on and read any more in the series, unless I can still get them from the library tho...
