I have fallen in love with this book. To think, on a few different occasions when deciding which audiobook to download from my library's site, I read the description of this book and passed on it. But this time I decided to give it a try, and I was quickly hooked. Jenna Metcalf wants to find out...

Wow! I really loved this book! This was chosen for a book club read, not my own choice. But what a great book. I'll have to try more of this author's work.I read some of the reviews before I read the book. One particularly complained about all the elephant stuff. Well, how else could the author have...

Jodi Picoult makes a departure from the often ethically and morally controversial subjects that is the signature of her works. I got to learn a lot about elephants with this book. They never forget and they care for their young and their dead . They probably have "theory of mind" and they wrestle with death (hey, they're just like us humans). I saw the elephants in the story as a character and mostly they just seemed to ...

Jodi Picoult continues to amaze me with each book she publishes. The only one I truly disliked was Lone Wolf. Leaving Time leaves you in jaw dropping shock because man, what an ending. Jenna Metclaff has wondered and wondered why her mother would leave her behind. Now at age 13 she makes it her mi...
