The whole story, told from Polgara's point of view. Her humor! Her way! Absolutely fabulous! Of course, her father would argue a few points, and he does!Always a very enjoyable read!
Fairly obvious readable eddings standalone novel. Characters are par for eddings and situations fairly telegraphed.
A favorite, but I lost the epic fantasy mood (dang you, Sirantha Jax!) so I'm setting it aside for right now. Have read it several times and will again, just not right now :)
