A Louisiana native, Len earned a degree in broadcast journalism from LSU and a master's degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He was a writer/editor and instructor at Walk Thru the Bible Ministries in Atlanta, and he served for 27+ years in "church world" as a youth director, college pastor, small groups pastor, and teaching pastor. Happily married with two grown sons, Len lives in Ruston, LA, and is currently a full-time writer and freelancer. He blogs with his wife at thewoodswords.com. Since 1990, Len has written extensively, authoring ten books and contributing to dozens of other published resources and periodicals.A diehard New Orleans Saints fan, Len loves waterfalls and Colorado--and especially waterfalls IN Colorado.
