New York Times bestselling authors and art experts Les and Sue Fox have been in business for more than 30 years. Together, they have appraised and sold more than $50 million worth of art and collectibles, including a groundbreaking auction of Rare American Gold Coins at the Plaza Hotel in 1988. The Foxes live and work in Bergen County, New Jersey. Aside from brokering fine quality 19th and 20th Century American and European art they are also avid collectors of art, and own a beautiful collection of American paintings and folk art which they enjoy on a daily basis. In addition to art, which has always been their passion, the Foxes have built or renovated 20 luxury homes. And they created a series of commemorative United States coins for collectors which were combined with the autographs of America's 1976 Bicentennial coin artists and two U.S. Presidents, Gerald R. Ford, and George H.W. Bush. (See more on our website at www.EaglesOfAmerica.com. Les and Sue have developed a unique program for people with art for sale. Instead of the traditional options of either selling to an art dealer, or consigning to auction, the Foxes applied their creativity, knowledge and financial resources to invent a new option: Selling art to a broker (us), who would then sell it at auction as a 50-50 partner. There is a delicate balance of determining a fair price for art, and still leaving room for the likelihood of a reasonable profit for both partners (you and us.) But so far our track record has been excellent. We will be posting testimonials by some of our many satisfied customers.
