I was so excited to unpack this book today, I had to share it with the next class that walked into the library. 4th grade connected the story to planning ahead and problem solving.
How amazing is it that an early reader series can captivate readers of every level? Wilems is brilliant: these books charm and delight us all. And I continue to be gobsmacked by how much he manages to convey in the illustrations that seem so simple.Library copy.
