I love watching Lidia on her tv show and finally got around to buying one of her books. This book has a great, authentic Carbonara that I now cook every couple of weeks.
There's so much more than just recipes in Lidia's books. In this book I've been learning all about the different regions of Italy while learning to cook their food. It's great!!

In Lidia's Family Table Lidia has practically written an autobiography interspersed with a recipeography. She has included so many little personal details from her past that I feel like I really know her and that we'd be great cooking buddies.
