Lietha is no stranger to the country, pond hockey, horses and cattle. It was something she grew up around. Her father did the ice for hockey teams all over Europe after retiring from playing the sport himself. Then he settled in Canada on the West Coast and then they moved to the East Coast. He had her and her two brothers get into hockey when they were old enough to play. Then, after settling into ranching country in Northern Canada, Lietha later gave up her skates for the love of horses buying her first filly with babysitting money when she was eleven. Since then the animals multiplied and now she has her own hobby farm.She attributes her imagination from her life experiences from moving frequently and the isolation from other children her age due to childhood illness. However, Northern Canada has been her home for thirty years now, and the country is definately in this author.She loves to read paranormal romance, westerns, and mystery novels. She's also a big fan of Stephen King...go figure.
