I found the writing style of this one, quite interesting.. The whole thing is narrated through refrigerator notes that mother and daughter leave for each other. You get to learn how their relationship is and what problems they face. (I don't know about you, but I never communicated with my mother li...

3.5 actually, since i always feel weird about this book. on the one hand, the whole book is written in notes. notes that are posted on the refrigerator door. most of those notes are lists- to do lists, buy lists, i love, i'll be home at, i went to, don't forget to feed. etc, etc. trutfully, we don't...

Life on the Refrigerator Door started off as pretty weird to me. I mean, a story within sticky notes on a fridge. I was like "Man that's pretty weird", but then I had a sad realization that communicating nowadays is really just made up of a few sentences. Within those notes, you could really see the...

This is a bittersweet story of a Mom and her 15/16 year old daughter – written through notes on their refrigerator door. I love epistolary books, and so I couldn’t help myself when I saw this one. While reading this though, I couldn’t help but think: Why don’t you guys put down the pen and try to ac...

I'm not sure how many stars this book deserves. If you don't read it, it doesn't really matter... But I can't stop thinking about it. There was SOMETHING about it... I knew how it would end, that wasn't hard to figure out, but still.... Something about it! Easy read, took me less than an hour.

It wasn't a fantastic book and only took me about 40 minutes to read, but it certainly had a strong message. This epistolary work is written in the form of notes be...

I thought this book was a fun and easy read. It only took me about 45 minutes to read through. It doesn't have much of a plot or much, if at all, character development. The reason I gave it three stars is because I don't see how two people that live together can use notes as the only way of communic...

I have to say that what makes this book so unique is the writing style.

Only took me about half an hour to read, so I think it's a stretch to call this a "novel" – it's a short story that takes up a lot of paper. Nevertheless, I liked the characters and felt I understood them well, and in the end I was moved. Recommended.
