I'm in a bit of shock over this one. It's really unusual to not feel an emotional connection between the MCs in a K.A. Mitchell book, but I kept waiting to feel it in this one, and it never came. I think Mason was so stuck on Alex and I hated how he treated John. And while John did ask for it som...
Well, the only words that come to mind are "one big clusterfuck."Not gonna lie, this isn't an easy book to read. It's...so damn convoluted. And there's nothing really endearing about either character and their interactions. Hmm... Well, I guess (*looks it up*) John's got his moments. And (*looks it ...
What a huge disappointment. It was a solid 4 stars for the first half of the book and then it went completely downhill. Other than that, it was simply a charming story that kept me glued to its pages until the wee hours of the morning, ...
