Lillian Marek grew up in New York City. After too many years in journalism, she decided to turn to fiction, where she could make sure the good guys win and the bad guys get punished. To her delight, she discovered that writing historical romances is great fun, especially when adventures in far-off times and places are included. In 2014, her first book, Lady Elinor's Wicked Adventures, was published. The second one, Lady Emily's Exotic Journey, followed in 2015. Adventure number three, A Scandalous Adventure, is the 2016 book.
