Linda Dalrymple Henderson is the David Bruton, Jr. Centennial Professor in Art History, Distinguished Teaching Professor, and Regents' Outstanding Teaching Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on 20th-century art in its cultural context, including popular mathematics, science and technology, philosophy and mysticism/occultism. She is currently at work on a second book on the fourth dimension in art and culture, tracking its changing significations through the 20th century, as well as a book on early 20th-century art, science, and closely related ideas in occultism.
