I was practically born into a vegetarian family, naturally changing my diet back in 1965 when I was around 10 years old. Once I associated eating Hamburgers with the killing of Cows, I instinctively didn't want any part of it. So the journey of vegetarianism took a hold of me and now, almost 50 years later, I'm a confirmed Vegan and a 40 year plus.... Juicing lover! This is why it was so easy for me to marry Jay Kordich within 24 hours of meeting him! Together we build the Juiceman empire in the 1990's and Jay went on to become nationally known and beloved as the Father of Juicing. We, together have written several books, only two have been published as of yet: The Juiceman's Power of Juicing (1992), reaching #1 on the New York Times Best Seller's List, selling millions of copies, and our newest book, Live Foods Live Bodies.(2013) I also produced and directed our multi-media Living Health Program, currently only sold on our website, www.jaykordich.com.
