by Suzanne Enoch
4.5 stars...only because I wish there was more to the ending.
I liked this book but had a few issues with the heroine.I found myself wishing over and over again that SE would have made Evie highly intelligent.First, Evie complains quite often that men think she's dim or stupid. While she's not dim or stupid, I didn't feel she had much substance to her. I would...
Lovely story, lovely characters. Saint is a complete jerk for at least the first half of the book, but as Evie gradually grows on him and reinstates his heart, he changes from the "perfect scoundrel" into a perfect hero. And thanks to Saint, Evie grows from a timid mouse into a brave woman willing t...
London’s Perfect Scoundrel is the second book in Enoch’s Lessons in Love series. I haven’t been reading this series in order. I read the third book before this one, but they can be read as stand-alones, as each book concentrates on a different couple. Speaking of historical romance, one thing that...

Great second book in the Lessons in Love series. I loved Saint, he was a true rake! This was not quite as good as the first book, The Rake. But still, it was sigh worthy :)
Omg, sweet, steamy and so much more satisfying than the first. I loved Evie and Saint - holy crap. I might need to find my husband after this read.I just have a thing for sexy, dirty, naughty sexy as sin, vulnerable as he'll rakes. And Evie stories that involve Rakes - Lisa Kleypas anyone? :)

Saint sees Evelyn as another busybody, and with a little ...
This one is my second favorite of the series, with England's perfect hero being my #1. What I liked:Saint was reported to be a rake and actually acted as one. That unfortunately, is not always the case with romances. He was the head of the orphanage's board that Emma wanted to involve herself with a...
