Actual rating 3.75 stars. Liked this book...a lot. It was really creepy, and pretty gory in parts. I enjoyed the narrator's voice, even if the fragmented thoughts/sentences took a little getting used to. The sections of the book where he was in the mental institute were quite distressing to read...
