Lori Emerson is an Associate Professor of English Literature and Intermedia Arts, Writing, and Performance at the University of Colorado at Boulder and Founding Director of the Media Archaeology Lab. She writes on media poetics, history of computing, and media theory. She is the author of Reading Writing Interfaces: From the Digital to the Bookbound (University of Minnesota Press, Spring 2014).
