Louis Phillips was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, on June 15, 1942.He started writing at age 6 on his father's Smith-Corona typewriter and he has been typing. hunting and pecking, scribbling, computer entering, saving, deleting, filling up spiral notebooks, file folders, manuscript boxes, and two large lockers of manuscripts.He has written plays, short-stories, poems, humor pieces, and ransom notes.In addition. he may be one of the world's record holders for collectng rejection slips.
