3.5 stars. Good but not great and definitely not a patch on Still Alice, which I read earlier this year. It was a bit patchy and a little unbelievable. Having said that, I do enjoy Lisa's writing style and will definitely read more of her work.

I loved this book. It is beautifully written. It was a powerfully emotional book. I didn't want to put it down. I would read this again and I can't say that about very many books. It is definately a keeper.
