Meh...Christian romance is really a hit or miss with me and it is a really, really fine line that sends me over the edge...this was a bit too romanc(y) and Christian(and trust me, I am not a heathen) for me....also a bit too sticky sweet..like I now need to go to the dentist to have a cavity filled....
What a lovely piece of historical fiction. I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. The storyline was interesting - a woman of status who was secretly writing dime novels with a good Christian message to inspire young women. The main character, Lilly, was a strong and sometimes stubborn...
