As much as I adore this book I can't give it 5 stars. It felt way too rushed. I'd have loved to see Missie's story especially as a standalone book building up and having a bit more substance to it than everything working out so quickly right at the end.
Good, not great. I prefer the movie versions to Janette Oke books. I thought the movie versions were much more inviting than the books. If I remember correctly, the movie version of this book was VERY loosely based off the book.
