I was born in Birkenhead, Wirral and spent my adulthood in Wallasey. Most of my working life was spent with Wirral Borough Council until I took early retirement in 1998. I now live in the village of Llanfechain, Powys in the beautiful Tanat Valley, with my partner, three dogs, two cats and three sheep. I am very involved with village life and am Secretary of the local Show as well as running the Dog Show each August Bank Holiday. I spend a great deal of my leisure time at Trearddur Bay on the Isle of Anglesey.Brooklyn Bridge is my first work of fiction. I have since been involved in a charity anthology in aid of the survivors of the Japanese disasters.
