Magic Gifts is a novella included at the back of Andrea's book Gunmetal Magic. This story stars Kate and Curran and the timeline coincides with the first half of Gunmetal Magic but I would actually recommend reading the novella before the full length book. Anyone who has read any of my previous revi...
Two words : Dwemer and Draugr. S-K-Y-R-I-MDamn, I'm obsessed about that game. So as the readers of Kate Daniels know, the authors love to include mythos into their books; this time its nordic. Which is kind of cool btw; helps with the imagery. This was a stand-alone Kate Daniels (which you can skip ...

Short story. 46 pages. This story overlaps the time period of Gunmetal Magic and in fact some of the scenes in Gunmetal Magic are told here from another perspective. Great story about Curran and Kate. Well worth the read.
I really don't want to be repetitive but I can't help but say over and over again how much I adore Curran and Kate. I just love them. It was great to read something about them when their next book is still 6 months away from releasing. Kate is definitely my favourite feminine character of all times ...
