This one was much better then the second book and pulled the storyline back up. Sadly for Allie things are just waaaay more complicated, but least there aren't as many secrets as before and she's learning who her friends are and who she needs to watch. Looking forward to the next book!

Things are getting more interesting. I hope we see more of the hounds in future books. Glad the love situation is working out too!

Was going to round this up to four stars, but decided not to.This is the third installment in the Allie Beckstrom series by Devon Monk. I had one major problem with this book that brought it down by major points. What's the problem? Allie Beckstrom. She was a menace in this story. A danger to hersel...

I truly enjoy Allie preparing herself for the date with Zayvion, luckily her best friend, Nola (who comes to the city to clear some administrative process to adopt Cody), helps her so that Allie loo...

This one was alright. Nothing too much that kept me anxiously turning the pages, but I 'm interested to see how the new story line with the Authority turns out.

5 Stars! Quickie review: This book was so good, I was GLUED to it. This 3rd book in the series picks up right where the 2nd stopped! Some AWESOME new characters are introduced in this one that I LOVE, and cannot wait to start the next book in the series now. The magic world building is simply FANTAS...

I'm still not ready to give this series a 4 star even after (3) books. However, I do appreciate that Ms Monk has added a new character to the mix, whom I actually liked. Shamus Flynn. I think that along with Zay, and Allie, they make a great team, and an even better story line. I Stone, the gargolye...
