"Barbara was seething...." Yes, this Barbara too. The prejudice, bigotry, fear of damaged, vulnerable people simply appalls me. Very much shades of To Kill A Mockingbird, but more and worse.My response to the ending is ... not satisfying. Really 2.5 stars.
