Mallory McDuff teaches environmental education at Warren Wilson Collegein the Swannanoa Valley near Asheville, NC. She grew up on the GulfCoast in Fairhope, Alabama, where her parents connected faith toenvironmentalism through actions such as giving up driving forLent one year. She lives on campus at Warren Wilson College with hertwo daughters, Maya and Annie Sky, and worships at The Cathedral of AllSouls. She has a Ph.D. in wildlife ecology and conservation, with afocus on environmental education.
