A fabulously engaging and exciting novel about a man who has to learn about life and love the hard way. Harry Silver has it all. A successful job in TV, a gorgeous wife, a lovely child. And in one moment of madness, he chucks it all away. Man and Boy is the story of how he comes to terms with his life and achieves a degree of self-respect, bringing up his son alone and, gradually, learning what words like love and family really mean. It is very well written, pacy, funny, and heart-breakingly moving.

Like I said before, "Man and Boy" by Tony Parsons was predictable. I really enjoyed his other books, but that one.. I was bored to death, too bad I'm unable to flounce a book, any book. I'm happy I've finished it.

4.0 Harry potter y el prisionero de azkaban
Come on, what's left to be said about Harry Potter? This is a re-read book, and after so many years I still like it a lot. Sadly, I'm not a 13 year old anymore, which means I'm more critical this time around, noticing the too convenient situations in the story. Still pretty damn good, of course!

A sweet story about the relationship of a man and his son after separating from his wife. It is an amusing story - lots of light funny moments. It is the kind of chick-lit written by a bloke book with a male as the protagonist but the issues not only appealing or significant to males only.It is foll...

This book was OK - not anything I'd rave about, though it wasn't really bad. It kept me entertained enough, though.
