After 10 years as entrepreneur in the IT field in Paris, Marc headed South to the tropical island of Mauritius. For the last 12 years, he's been working for Microsoft in various leadership role and currently heads the Office Business Group for Microsoft Africa.Author and co-author of many books on IT and software in the nineties, he now puts his experience as business leader in writing. Passionate about personal growth, success, leadership, and public speaking, he's a member of Toastmasters. He has been the President of the Port Louis Toastmasters Club, the first Toastmasters club in Mauritius. He's has won the Best Speaker Award, the Best Humour Speaker Award and the Best Evaluator Award during Mauritius National Contests.When not travelling around the world and particularly across Africa, Marc is a water sport fan, practicing kitesurf, windsurf, hobie cat and waterski with his wife, Claire, and his three sons, Thibault, Quentin and Paul.
