His apocalyptic comedy novel "The Oblivion Society" was a 2008 IPPY Award gold medalist.Marcus has also written for television, including episodes of Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place" and "Lab Rats."When he's not writing, Marcus enjoys playing roller derby with the Drive-By City Rollers and icing injuries.

This was a spectacular failure. The book promised so much. I liked the name, the post-apocalyptic setting, some good pop culture references at the start, etc. etc.But suddenly, Hart dumbed down all the "bad" guys in his book.
