I am an Australian by birth and spent many years teaching in a large Catholic college in western New South Wales. In the mid-eighties I went to Oxford, U.K. Here I began my writing career and wrote my Ph.D. doctorate on Lancelot Andrewes, one of the Caroline Divines.My life has focused on practising and teaching my Christian faith and hence my meditative books for the Christian Year reflect this in the aim of helping others in their lives' journeys. My other books reflect my admiration for the Caroline Divines who lived in seventeenth century England. Besides Andrewes, my writings also include George Herbert and Mark Frank.My latest book 'My Christian Journey:In Places Lived' is autobiographical.I live in Sydney where I am still writing and encouraging my granddaughter to enjoy the power and beauty of our English language.
