MARION K. WILLIAMSMarion is a wife, mother and grandmother. She was born in New Zealand, spent her childhood between the United States and New Zealand, and met her Canadian husband in Japan. She has lived and worked in New Zealand, Japan, England, Ireland, and Canada and has travelled the world since she was two. After marriage, Marion relocated to Canada where she and her husband raised their two children. They reside in Ontario, close to their children and grandchildren. Her career path has been interesting and varied--from flight attendant to television broadcaster, court reporter, paralegal, and assistant in various professions from diplomacy to marketing to law. After taking early retirement, she resumed her studies, and is currently a student of art, philosophy and the paranormal. Marion has had a lifelong interest in super "natural" phenomena, which began with a childhood fascination with palmistry. She has been actively involved with alternative healing practices for many years. Marion is a certified practitioner of Reiki and Reflexology, as well as a practitioner and teacher of Therapeutic Touch. ™ Her studies of various energy disciplines and philosophy prompted her to further explore the field of metaphysics. ELENA J. MICHAELS, M.Ed.Elena is a single mother of two young adult children and currently lives in Ontario. She was married for over 20 years and later divorced, which had a significant impact on her life and her interest in spiritual matters. However, in looking back, she now sees that those interests have always been there, and that everything happens for a reason and plays out as it is meant to. Elena was born in Australia and relocated to Canada in early childhood. Although she was raised Catholic, she has always been intrigued by paranormal phenomena. Growing up, Elena recognized that her mom had premonitions and displayed other psychic abilities. In her teens, Elena was introduced to the work of Edgar Cayce (distance healer) and spent many hours talking to her dad about how reincarnation could even be possible. She set these questions aside during her early adult years while she was going to university (to complete a BA, BSW and M.Ed), raising children and later working as a senior consultant in the addiction and mental health field, where she spent 30 years. Currently, she owns her own consulting firm. She felt driven to once again explore supernatural/spiritual matters upon meeting someone who had a profound effect on her. She felt that she knew him--but from another time! This set off an insatiable hunger to understand what that could mean. Her curiosity was further heightened upon reconnecting with her co-author eight years ago and discovering a shared interest in metaphysical matters, which prompted their co-authorship of this book.
