He is passionate about telling stories with photographs and his work has taken him across Europe, Africa and the USA.The photographs that are most important to Mark are the ones of his friends and family - and this is where the spark came for the Gadget Scientist book."My friends and family bought new digital cameras," Mark explains, "but they didn't know what all the buttons did, so the photo of their child's first steps came out blurry, or the spectacular sunset from their holiday was too dark. I then realised it was time to write a guide book everyone could understand, so they could capture the memories that are important to them."
