I am the author of three books on the topic of Lean as well as having written over 100 articles on change management, continuous improvement and innovation. I am a frequent speaker at conferences, masterclasses and workshops on topics related to Lean and Change Management. Originally I qualified as an engineer and worked in the defense industry before getting involved in running a number of manufacturing plants. After that I moved into consultancy and ran a number of high profile publicly funded programmes, as well as playing an active part in various institutes.
