Marni Kamins is a Southern California native. She fell in love with books when she met The Babysitter's Club and Sweet Valley series. From that moment forward she would pick up just about anything that came in a trilogy. Her passion for prose grew and by high school reading and writing were her preferred activities and main circumvention of unpleasantness. Today, Marni counts reading as one of her top three favorite things to do. A graduate of Tufts University and The University of Santa Monica, Marni currently enjoys working as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles.
