This book over-used the word "dumb." It really is not needed, especially in a childrens book. The story seemed to be lacking in explaining the second half of the story and is not very realistic in my opinion. Art was decent though.
This is a simple and pretty book for a child to listen to and an older child to read. Lovely.
I'm not all that attracted to prayers for toddlers, in part, because I recognize how easy it is to get them to repeat them.
