Wonderful book. Gorgeous pictures, excellent instructions. Sometimes more than I need, but at least it is precise without being ridiculous in its minuteness of detail. Excellent recipes, so many favorites. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed this cookbook, there are recipes I look forward to making.
