I write for the Age newspaper and other Fairfax publications on line in Australia. I write about personal experiences (See A2 the Age feature,27 November which is about a part of my childhood at a Capuchin seminary).I also write for our, public broadcaster the ABC on The Drum Unleashed. I write a lot about economic issues. I am a notorious anti- free trader.I believe economics is not a science because nothing is empirically tested. I have worked in this area for forty years including as a partner with national responsibility in Deloittes and Ernst and Young. Mostly I have had my own firms.I am sixty three years old and the fire is still burning. My main work now is in Transfer pricing where I work both for the Australian Taxation Office and the multinationals but not at the same time. But I write poetry and personal pieces because sometimes I have to.I was a scholarship boy who lived from the age of seven to 21 with a very difficult father who hit and left everyone except me.I am 6'3" and weigh 19 stone. I have just bought a Gym membership and am planning to reform but not yet.I have four sons. Google my name to read what I have written.
