My books are extremely diverse- simply because you like 'Carbon is Good for the Teeth' does not mean that you will like 'The Handbook of Hidden Markov Models'! Only my mother is likely to want both of these. My career has been as diverse as these books. I have been an aerospace engineer, photographer, model and tester for North Face, Science Teacher, wedding singer, Research Director, Author, Systems Analyst, construction supervisor and Senior Scientist. I have hiked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail, and was on the first ascents of Jade Dragon Mountain and Dzambala III.I have several other books in progress. A business book, titled 'The Outhouse Theory of Management' explores team building, project management and motivation. 'The Other Side of Paradise' is a photo essay that graphically demonstrates the many ways that average people are damaging Lake Tahoe. Finally, 'The Power of the Third Path' is a new look at the philosophy of life and work.
