Army of Darkness I have only really heard about so this character was new to me. This marvel team up started out good but then the talking books came into play.I like how they give the marvels you don't hear to much about more play. Cloak and Dagger made a small appearance as well as Howard The Duck...
I don't care much for crossovers, but I gave this a try anyway. It wasn't an exciting read, but it had its merits- particularly the zombified Avengers, brief as many of their appearances seemed, and the humorous ending.
There is a good blend of humor with zombie thrill to make this an entertaining reading. Fans of Ash Williams and Army of Darkness will likely enjoy this take.
