I am the Founder and CEO of www.BnBFinder.com, a leading bed & breakfast directory and the author of Running a Bed & Breakfast For Dummies. In 1998, I left my job as a securities broker and decided to embark on a new venture - Internet publishing. I developed a simple business model- offer consumers an exciting and innovative way to access information in an easy-to-use format. My mission was to provide a no-nonsense Web site that would effectively place B&Bs and inns on a competitive level along large hotel chains and resorts. I wanted to offer a site that embraced the unique features that make a B&B so special and to provide guests all the information that they need to select the bed & breakfast of their choice. BnBFinder.com continues to earn the industry's highest ratings and provide interesting content and comprehensive search features by incorporating the latest technology and staying up to-date with all our listed inns. In 2013 I was proud to receive the Award of Merit for long-term and significant contributions to the business of innkeeping. I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hartford and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University. I am the proud mother of two grown children. I am passionate about my family and friends, travel, golf, yoga and being an entrepreneur. I love running my own business and working daily with traveling guests and B&B innkeepers who work tirelessly to create a unique guest experience.
