A fun, different (for me at least) take on urban fantasy. I found it interesting that the djinn in this book are not in fact all powerful and have actual limitations and costs paid for their magic.
A fair bit too much happened in ths first book, but it was interesting. I think, with this being the author's first, a lot of it is forgivable.
