This is the follow up book on living with a person with depression. Good one. It is hard to deal with person who really cannot help him or herself. What to do and what not to do. Seek help. Help that a person could trust.

I saw that book, and now watched the video. It talks about depression in a straight forward way. Especially it is for those who don't know about depression, to learn about it. And learning how to deal with it.
